    PureMax® F series
    F series pleated filter cartridge is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) which is characterized by high chemical inertness. This cartridge is widely used for the filtering of the strong acid and base solutions in wet etching, solvent striping and the cleaning processes of semiconductor factories. The membrane has about 80~95% porosity with uniform pore size distribution.

    ※ Filtration of strong acid, base solutions, solvent and DI water under 80°C which are used in wet etching, solvent striping, and cleaning manufacturing processes of semiconductor or LCD factory.

    ※ Terminal fine filtration of DI water system.
